New Alternator needed

'98 mercruiser 350 Magnum efi

yesterday while on the water my alternator went out. i have a 65 amp out put alternator (stock). since i need to buy a new one, should i increase the amount of amps out put or stick with a 65 amp...? i currently run two batteries and a stereo amplifier. any help/suggestions will be great.

If you weren't having problems keeping the batteries charged before the failure, you probably don't need more power now.
