Re: New Bennington 2274

Thanks for your concern. For some reason I never received a PM notification from your response to me here. I was more watching the Bennington Forum. Your mentioning it just now prompted me to track it down. Thanks again for your rapid response, explanation, and fast resolution. Bennington and the dealer did all the right things. I'm a satisfied Bennington customer and enjoying the boat.

What more can you ask for.

No, I do 80 tubes a day and need a tube on the ground every 6 1/2 minutes.

It takes that many guys to get done in anything close to 8 hours, there are 65ish total in my shop just building tubes and other aluminum parts with probly 35-40 welding and @ 80' of weld per tube or 6800' total, that is alot of weld to check.

And I miscounted, there are 4 repair welders and 3 air checkers so it is actually 7 people and they are tubes if you please, logs grow in the forest, I don't know whay but that has always bothered me.

5150, I hope you realize my comment was in jest and in no way serious. Just busting your chops a little.

I got that from the smiley so no hard feelings, it doesn't happen that ofeten but I hate when things like this come up but doing 7000+ boats a year thay are bound to.

Hoping they get a company boat on the water this year so I can go enjoy a toon for the weekend, heading out in about an hour to fish so I am all warm and fuzzy at the moment.
