New Boat cushion question

I need to make new cushions and was wondering what a good source for vinyl and foam would be.

Vinyl..... ebay or joanns fabrics ...... just get the good stuff.

Foam ..... look for closed cell foam so it does not absorb water. I am sure you can get it online or maybe order it from joanns fabrics.
