Soft spot, as you know, is a sure sign of problems below deck. However, this being late in the season, I'd suggest working hard on getting the motor running and trying to get her in the water for some end of season fun and sun. You can take care of the soft deck and other discovered issues when the season ends. Shopping list looks good!!!
