Wow! Your boat looks great! Do you think that process would give me decent results on my boat? I've attached a picture and I'd just like to bring back some of the shine, but I've never polished or waxed a boat before.

It is hard to say. The cleaner is a very mild compound, but it would be worth a shot before moving to a more aggressive compound and a real high speed buffer. Easy enough to just try one spot and see what the results are. Depending on your budget, sometimes it is money well spent to have a pro get the boat buffed completely out and then just spend your time maintaining it. Especially since I'm assuming the red and silver are stickers on top the black. need to be careful not to mess them up.

My last boat still looked brand new after 9 years, as a result of never allowing it to get oxidized or stay dirty for any period of time.

To be honest they many good cleaning chemicals at West Marine or other Marine stores, but many times we use believe it or not Palmolive dish soap to wash down our boats since it contains lime acid in it and cleans so good without damaging any vinyl or exterior parts of most boats and comes out shiny.
Hope this little trick helps for you and save a bunch of money on cleaning supply's.
