Hello,

I thought I'd share a few pics of my first boat! And a nice pic of the first voyage on Lake Monona in Madison WI (last weekend). The boat was picked up from the marina today after winterization, and put in storage till spring. :( I intend to spend this winter working on a few projects with her, and continue looking forward to spring! I bought the FCM for the MerCruiser today...

Have a great weekend!

Heve a Crownline 250CR cruiser and a 1950 Bayliner Capri with a 3.0. The Capri is my favorite.....

You are going to love it with the always reliable 3.0!

Re: New Boat Pics

good luck with your new boat..2 things u may want to do is get the swim platform that has the extra step it's tough getting in the boat with the one they give you..also those handrails are very slippery when u go to pull youself out of the water..i put like bicycle handlebar grips on mine which made it much easier to pull yourself out of the water.

Re: New Boat Pics and update

Hi,

Thanks! I dig the idea of grips on the bars... My platform does have a ladder step that telescopes out the bottom. Are you saying Bayliner offers a version with more of a step?

Currently I've got all the interior out, and I'm in process of adding a mild audio system, trim gauge, bow fishing platform with trolling motor, and now a three battery electrical system... Kinda going crazy but having fun! This weekend I'm making the template for the bow platform and stern storage boxes under the rear seats (for storage / place to stash subwoofer and electronics) I'll be taking pics along the way...

Have a great Thanksgiving!
