Re: New boat

I purchased the same rig last month only mine has a 90 Yamaha 4 stroke,so far so good nice smooth dry ride fit and finish seems pretty good there are a couple of things that concerns me a bit one is the fuel gauge it`s tough to tell how much gas i have in the tank it seems to read different at different speeds, the rod lockers seem to collect some water after a rain small amount in the corners, the locking glove box does lock but a slight pull on the handle and it pops open.

Re: New boat

I solved the fuel gauge problem on my 2004 Navigator by installed a Navman 2100 fuel monitor. Works similar to the fuel computer in most new cars. Provides instant gallons/hour burn rate, total fuel used and fuel remaining, It also allows you to quickly find the sweet spot (most economical cruise RPM). It takes about an hour to install and depending on where you buy it, a little over a $100.00. Very worth while addition.
