I have looked at the flatbottomed jon boat. the Klamath 13w i think. It allows a side console(which i need for the Colorado River) but i dont think the 9.8 is strong enough for it.

WELL THERE IS ONE THING I AM STILL WONDERING. I REALLY PLAN ON GETTING THE LOWE ANGLER 1457 UTILITY V. ON THE TOP RIGHT OF THE WEBSITE IT SHOWS THAT YOU CAN GET IT IN A SIDECONSOLE. BUT THEN IN THE OPTIONS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE IT DOES NOT SHOW OPTIONAL SIDE CONSOLE.. DO YOU GUYS THINK IT DOES ALLOW A SIDE CONSOLE? BECAUSE THE NEXT BOAT WHICH IS BIGGER DOES SHOW SIDE CONSOLE IN OPTIONS. JUST GO TO THIS LINK. THEN GO TO THE NEXT LINK.

Ok. I got the Lowe angler 1457 utility v. I have not tested it yet nor do i have a camera to post pics. ITs a solid boat and am going to test it later today. I did not get the side console because he told me it was to unstable. I plan on anyway working on the boat a litte since its only 140 lbs. Ill post the results of the boat later tonite.
