New Boater in need of help

I'm looking for a 12 ft boat with 2 of my friends and we are all puting in some money we dont have a lot and i need to find a boat in our price range which isn't that much. We each way 150 so we need a boat that can hold us 3. Does any body have any good suggestions where to look or what boats to look at?

methinks something a bit bigger then 12 ft unless you fishing in a pond

I would look for something larger also. If it is for fishing it doesn't need to be pretty just water tight!

Go for a 12 foot aluminum boat with a 25 or so hp engine.

A 25 horse is way too big for a 12 footer. And, if you all three plan on fishing together you'll need at least a 14' boat. 9.9 to 15 would be perfect for that size.
