I'm a guy well into my fifties, who has been raising a young child since he was about 8 months old. He just turned 5 (born the day after Katrina!). I admit it - I'm a big goofball when it comes to kids. My little man wears me out sometimes, but I wouldn't have missed the experience with him for anything.
Beside, the best part is that you get to take them out in the boat!
