New Dock

I'm thinking about replacing my existing dock (30+ year old 3x12 wood walkway connecting to a 10x10 floating wood raft/platform) with a new aluminum setup. The local Floe dealer has quoted me a price of about $3200 for a 4x12 shore end ramp with a 4x12 wheel/sand pad equipped roll-in extension, bumpers and cleats. Is this price in the ballpark for aluminum dock setups? Is Floe a good manufacturer to be looking at?

Can't speak to the price, but we have about 40 feet of Floe dock at my parents lake place and it is well built and easy to take in and out.

Like you in MN were are iced in all winter. Easy take out is important.

My Sis & BIL have a Floe dock. Yup, well built, goes together and comes apart easily & quickly, very stable & sturdy and very easy in & out. Sorry, don't know about the price.
