I RECENTLY BEGAN SEARCHING FOR A NEW/USED FISHING BOAT. The first thing I ran into was a mess of warnings about buying a 2-stroke engine. It seems evryone warned me about new environmental regulations that prohibit 2-strokes in California waters.<br />All those that I spoke to had a different explanation of the new regulations. I even e-mailed my state assemblyman
