Hi all, I put the head back on my 1975 85hp johnny with a new gasket, cleaned the surfaces ect...The book only calls for 20#'s of torque for the head bolts. With the muffs on and not started, (hasn't been started yet), I noticed some water leaking from the bottom of the head/block mating surface. Is it because it hasn't been heated up and retorqued yet? The 20 #'s doesn't seem like much at all but I don't want to over do it. Any ideas? It didn't leak before- I removed the head to replace water deflectors. Thanks,

Rich
