New here from Iowa

I am new here to the forum. my name is Ben, our family lives in Iowa, on the mississippi. We have a 79 Hustler and a 76 Flote Bote, neither one is useable at this time. Love going out on the water, swimming, tubing,fishing, and just living the beach life. Looking forward to learning more about how to fix things myself and meeting likeminded people.

Thanks for the welcome! I am at my wits end with the trim motor on our ski boat. It hasn't been "sea worthy" in two years! This boat has been in our family since it was "born", bought new off the showroom floor at the McCormick boat show in Chicago in 1979.
Here is a link to the other thread I started. If anyone has ANY insight or suggestions, I would REALLY appreciate it!
