New here..have "project" question

Thanks y'all very much for the encouragement.....and my goal is to get on the water not to restore it 100%. Though it is a cool boat and I am gonna try to keep it close to original stuff if possible. I can do must things if walked through then..and I will have help for the electrical if I need it. On my way for the second look and I do intend to buy at this point. I'll probably be asking for all kinds of pointers. Thanks again!

Yes I am Joe! $450 and the sellers were very cool. Encouraged me to check it out in every way, bring someone with boat knowledge..etc.
They threw in 4 human lifejackets, 3 doggie lifejackets a battery , two oars and a basil plant.
