New here, looking for battery help (Johnson 15HP)

Hello to all, I'm new here on the boards and have found quite a few tips and tricks already. I am fresh out of the military and haven't been fishing in years.

My dad has a 15HP Johnson outboard (model 15R76A) that was tuned up about a year ago. Since coming back home, I am trying to get the fishing boat ready while my Dad is out of town working...

My question is this: It is a "pull start", with new plugs. I just can't find the location to hook up the battery cables. I feel like a complete idiot, but from the pictures, can anyone give my advice?

it is a pull start, does not have battery cables.

Man, lol...what else is there to say? I recall my dad having a battery in the fishing boat as a kid...obviously for the trolling motor and fishfinder.
