I just bought 3 new keel rollers that are advertised as 5" with a 5/8" shaft. Here is the link:

I just received these in the mail and they seem like good quality BUT they are only 4.5 inches wide, not 5. The sticker on all 3 even say 5" x 5/8". WTF? My old rubber ones measure exactly 5 inches and fit the brackets properly. Is this normal? Should I just use with the quarter inch gap on each side or return? I don't want to return if this is normal. Thanks.

There is a possibility that the rollers where miss-marked, but in any case just send the back and look for Attwood 11317

I was going to buy that one but it is for a 1/2" diameter shaft and mine is 5/8".

From the link you select 4 or 5 inch and it list the 5 as
Manf. Part # 86283
  • Size: 5"
  • Shaft size: 5/8"
  • Color: Amber

Can contact iboats 800-869-1689 and they might measure
