Yesterday, AA flight 1053 from DCA to DFW diverted to BNA due to a "sulfur smell in the cabin/passenger misconduct" - landed without incident, female passenger retained by authorities, psgrs deplaned/rescreened, acft searched/reboarded & flight completed.

Turns out, a woman was lighting matches, and I swear I am not making this up, to mask the odor of a particular bodily function. I'm guessing "silent but deadly".

Ever rip a not so SBD one in a plane with headphones on and then realize "oops, not everybody has headphones on" . . .

That's why there's an air jet above every seat - to help disperse the inevitable gaseous expulsions caused by the cabin pressure changes. Just hope the guy in front of you hasn't gone to Bennie's Burrito Barn for lunch +o(

Can't believe I missed this one. Now this kind of political conversation is certainly suitable on a family site. ;) ;):^:^

Would we expect anything else? Enlight of my Fundiplycation (sp?) and my advancing age I have come to understand where the term old fart comes from. I shudder to think how this will affect my middle boy. :doubleeek: 8)8)

Is that explosion in the background a result of those burritos?
