I always thought there was so much wasted space at the stern/ motor well. Enjoy the pics!

Used Alum. telescoping poles so that i can adjust the height to fit an extra cooler when needed

Used ss hindges so when not used as filet table it can be used as a table for the rear jump seats.

Wow....Ive been looking at filet tables for the side perko rod holders...but this may be even better.

Did you make it all, or did you modify some store bought stuff? I really like the cover for the well to add extra storage spaec while fishing.

the filet table is a magma 30" filet table. the bottom piece was cut out using a 1/2 in starboard to fit above the well. the hindges are 3"x6" ss hindges. and two cup holders that i put on with a screw so it can flip out when you need it..

Re: new location for the filet table.

Looks great but I have a few thoughts for those thinking of doing this. First, it looks like all the guts, blood and slop are going into your shiny new boat and all over the motor well and motor. Thats exactly why I mounted my filet table on a tilt mount to fit in the rod holder. All the slop goes overboard. Also...it looks like that whole deal would not only vibrate alot but all the weight there especially with a full cooler is going to make the boat more stern heavy affecting its performance. The idea of just a removable table like your bottom piece I like, so you could remove it easily while running. And one more ... all that stuff stacked up there could get in your way if that big one goes under the boat. Good Luck.
