New motor installed and won't start

You should find 5V on Gray, Ground on Black/Pink and signal is Tan/Black. There is resistance mentioned in the manual that it should meet the listing in the table but there is no table in my manual (555 diagnostics). My guess is the table is in another manual for the motor
