New much Easier Project 1975 Mako needs help

After giving up and counting my losses on my old projects I got a 1975 In great shape Mako 19 foot boat.
Here is my problem. There are no outlet spots on the side for a bilge outlet.
Am I just missing it or What......

A thru the hull outlet is not and was not mandatory. Take some pics of the new project and share them with us.
