New oil spec sheets for Merc

I have been reading around the web and i have seen several spec sheets for what motor oil to use with my Merc 140. None have dates on them. I will have the boat in 50 degree to 95 degree weather. should i still use a 30w or 40w?

that's what i figured. it says 30w on my valve cover and they changed it to 40w. thanks Don.
