I just bought a boat with a 1990 Johnson 200 that has not been run in two years. I changed the impeller, checked the carb bowls, put in new plugs, gas & filters, and changed lower unit grease. What else should be done as preventative maintenance?
Grease the pivot points both steering and tilt. Check and top off the tilt and trim fluid if low.<br />Take out a second mortgage on your house to pay for the gas and have a fun summer.
