The manual shows the hand tiller shift a simple twist of the wrist. But the resistance is quite firm and I don't want to break anything.
From what I see I should be able twist past the little lip on the internal clip I highlight.
Another question I have is apparently I have to reach way down to release the latch that holds the engine down. I can't tip it otherwise that I can see.
