hello all i just stumbled upon your site while doing research on my new project. i thought i would go ahead and sign up since what ive read has been so helpful.

i just bought a 1983 renken 18'8" I/O boat. it has an OMC 2.5 litre motor. there is currently no interior and the 2 year old floor is soft. its been sitting outside uncovered since it was put in.

the back of the boat....the part where your motor bolts to or the driv e leg sticks out of....if its rotten....the boat may be unsafe...
