ok....um....i dont want to be negitive at alll.......but......
do a really good inspection of the whole boat before you start to do step one.....
it might be too much of a project for you.......(if you are time limited)....the repairs are simple.
test the transom.....poke holes in it with a probe....and see if there's rotted wood.....or drill small holes and look at the wood shavings....are they wet?
the holes can be sealed with 5200.
for the floor...drill a hole in an inconspicuious area and take a core sample of the foam.......if its wet its gotta come out.......again the holes can be sealed with 5200.
if you decide to go ahead with it.........its gonna be fun.....hard work....but fun...
