If you can get your money back then definitely do it. That OMC is nothing but future financial drain. You don't want something you have to be searching on ebay for parts for.
I have read very little good in my time here about BassPro as a dealer or about any of the boat brands made by Tracker Marine.
You should be able to find a VERY nice boat with a non-obsolete powerplant well within your price range. Good luck. You're in good hands now if you run any future purchases past the good folks here first.
