I would check the bilge outlet hose. Sounds like it came loose from the hull fitting. Or it may be split/broken. You are getting water in through the hull outlet fitting and when you turn on the pump you are just pumping water back into the bilge.

Morrison, most aluminum hulls of this size do not use stringers. Instead they use ribs. I will include a picture of my Lund while I had the deck removed and it should give you a good idea of what's under yours. Again it maybe a bit different but still the same principal.

Notice the hole in the center of the ribs. I believe this is were your water may be collecting and not draining back the way it should be. Could be rain water, leaking connection and hopefully not some lose rivets. This is why I suggested tilting it up it it is just collecting rain water/splash.

Sea Nymphs are normally pretty sturdy hulls from my experience. Also I find it easiest to use photobucket to attach pictures to these posts.

GREAT PIC! Now i have way better understanding.

Well i think i found the leak. Water comes into the bilge when i fill the livewell. So i need to somehow get under the deck to fix. I dont have any access ports.... BIG QUESTION- I was wondering what i have to do to get the wood floor up so i can access the hull..?

Can i just unscrew all the seat stabilizers from the floor and then it comes up? Do i have to do any re-gluing if i dismount them?

Is the floor glued down?

Is there a layer of aluminum or something under the floor that wont allow me access to the hull even if i get the floor up?

It looks easy to do, and if i didnt pay so much for this boat, i would probly already be experimenting. But i need confirmation and info from you guys for peace of mind.

Sorry but I don't think it's going to be as easy as you would like. The decking in most of these boats are either screwed or rivited to the ribs. One way to tell as with my Lund is there will be rivit heads showing in the carpet. Next, yes the carpet is most likely glued to the decking.

I also don't believe that loosening the screws will be of much help as I believe the sides of the well are rivited to the boat as are the split bench seats if my Lund as you can see in the picture.

How did you determine were the water was coming from? Is the livewell itself leaking or is it a fitting?
