New to Iboat and new to boating#2(help)

Ok I tried to add pic's to my lat post and could not figure it out. So hope I don't get blasted for starting a new post with pics and all. I have a 86Balinger with a85Hp Force and just picked up an 88Seasprite with a Merc 4.3.. I have Windows Vista and cant seam to post any pics??? What am I doing wrong??
