Having checked the first 20 pages of the forum for any talk about the Starcraft, Bluewater 180, and not finding anything, I thought it easier to ask. As a relatively new boat owner, I was already really happy with the boat, but can tell from the history and pride that SC has a long tradition I wasn't aware of. Our boat has been a project to get it going again, but one we thoroughly have enjoyed. I'd be interested to know if anyone has any specification information they can share beyond what the website has to offer. Everything from simply how much gas does it hold to wiring diagrams would be most appreciated. If I could find a copy of an owner's manual that would be a real score. Thanks for any feedback, Pete

Thanks for the feedback Bwana Don, and Puget Sound. We're up in the North Cascades, Winthrop, WA at the end of the road. We trailer to the Columbia, which is about an hour south. Lots of big water there, good fishing and is a place you can feel like is all your own due to relatively light use. I'll try to attach a photo so you can see what we're talking about. Best Regards, Pete

p.s. still looking for specs on this boat...
p.p.s. I'll have to send pics some other time, tech probs

Welcome! Another Bluewater fan :) Mine's a glass 221 Bluewater Offshore HT. Slow resto process but we'll get there eventually. Tons of help here from great peeps! Post some pics so we all can enjoy!

I live in Mt Vernon the other end of the highway and fish Puget sound and Lake Pend Orille in north Idaho. Know your area well as raised in Spokane.

Re: Pics from New to the forum:'88 Bluewater 180

Thanks for the replies guys. Here's another attempt to post some pics. Any advice on where to find wiring guidance, understanding the plumbing, etc. is most appreciated. Already have a little experience with gelcoat (great stuff!), and have some of the results still in my hair a month later.

I don't know what I'm doing with the pics. Ran out of my short list of abilities. Any advice on how to attach??

Most people use Photobucket, its free, you should resize pics to 640 x 480 I think and it tells you how on that site. I think if you check the restoration forum near the top they have tips on this. ( I too have probs with this, but I am an idiot)
