I hope to get a lot of useful information from this place. I just bought my first boat. It's a 2001 Larson SEi 180 3.0 Volvo Penta and it's in amazing shape. Upholstery is perfect, the engine in so clean you'd think it's never been used, gelcoat and trailer are in excellent condition as well. It's a little smaller than I would have liked but it's just my wife and 2.5 year old daughter so for now, it's perfect.

Here's some pics. I haven't taken her out to the water yet. I will be taking her out Saturday. I can't wait. Not bad for a 2001 eh? Interior is perfect.

Awesome boat. I have the same boat but with the 4.3l engine.
Very fun and for me it is a perfect beginner boat.

On mine some of the Larson stickers such as the one on the rear bench has come off and I recently lost an "S" from the side.
Also I am taking on a little bit of water which I haven't found a source off. The water runs into the Ski Locker when I take the boat out and don't pull thr plug immediately on the ramp.
Others than that it's our second summer with the boat and it is such a blast.

The letters are coming off on my rear bench also. Wondering if you or anyone else could suggest an adhesive to attach ??

Thanks,

Doug

I have the same boat as you an 05 and the same problem with the ski locker. I have snaked that drain hole and everything and have yet to figure out why water wont drain from there.

Larson tends to route their hoses incorrectly to form a cheap check valve, here is my 2000 Cabrio step drain:

Here it is with a check valve:
