Hello folks! I'm new to the forums and not so new to boats but I purchased my very first boat almost two weeks ago. Grew up fishing with my uncle on his boat and ski'ing/partying on another uncles boat, so I have spent quite a bit of time on different boats but I now own my very first boat which is a new Tahoe Q5i SF 220 hp Alpha I Mercruiser I/O. This seems like a great place with a wealth of information and I'm happy to be here and looking to learn a lot! Looking forward to making some new friends too. I live on the Northshore of Pittsburgh, PA and my boat is at being kept at a marina near Heinz Field where they are building the new casino. One of my passions is fishing, specifically for very large flathead catfish in the three rivers area, but I also wanted a boat I could hang out with friends and family, go tubing, listening too music etc. and had a nice look, so thats why I went with the Tahoe ski/fish type boat.
