Nice looking old boat. Love the lines and the details. That motor is classic vintage. And the rearview mirror reminds me of an old porche speedster.

Dj I think I may try some vinyl paint on the 2 highbacks dont know yet but you are welcome to the other 2 and quite possibly the 2 highbacks as well . I am leaning towards a bench style seat like it would have had when it was new . I am in or around Okalona pretty regularly when I pull them I will PM you for a phone number .

DJ oddly enough right here on iboats look up in the top left corner of the screen ( boat parts and accessories ) . I will be ordering mine from here to help support the forum and they match whats on the boat pretty well theres several styles to choose from .

I am SHOCKED to see I hadnt stopped in and say how freeking cool this Cutter is..And a few posts ago the whole what to tow it with, you have the 63 ford..cool cool truck...I had to say that I have been cruising CL looking for a 68 Chevy C-10 PU (gotta keep the years correct, right?) for my boat...

My idea was to find a 68 and 2 tone her blue bottom & white upper to match the boat..Mind you I have a perfectly good 2007 Nissan Frontier...But the cool factor goes WAY up with the meshing of classic car AND boat..(ahhh both my passions in one set up)

Look at what I found for $1,500 bucks....what a steal..I need to finaggle a way to grab this before someone else does! Heres also a utube of it running..

Kev that will make a sweet tow vehicle for your Boat for sure . I have actually had the F100 for several years now but with getting the new HVAC company up and off the ground and home remodeling it has been on the back burner . When the Cutter came along I thought it would look great with the truck and had to have it . I hope to get some work done on the boat soon but work has been nuts recently ( granted I am not complaining ) more money for the toys .

Conway I appreciate it . I actually desighned my yellow book adds this year feel free to take a peek and tell me what you think . I have a 3/4 page under Airconditioning and 1/2 page under heating and 1/2 page under plumbing in the ( Yellow book ) . I just sighned a deal with Southern Home and Shopping network to be their HVAC guru for their show that includes 32 commercials a month we will see how that does . I have 3 years left in my long term goal and so far if it keeps picking up like it has been I should be semi retired at 45 and will have much more time to tinker with the toys . I have busy with SWMBO's new pond since I drug the cutter home and havent had much time between the danged pond and work to play with the boats ( other than moving them all sunday ) to make room for a big rock delivery for the danged ponds and I still havent found a decent recipe for Koi .

How about dip in egg then breadcrumbs then pan sear in light olive oil with a little garlic??

thats mercury looks just like mine except i got a 1961 merc500 which is 50hp

but it sure doesnt look as great as urs

Coolguy I got extremely lucky with this boat as the older gentleman who owned it all these years before I got ahold of it took pretty decent care of it it has been sitting in a garage since 1991 so thats 18 years it wasnt out in the elements at least.

LOL Dj between AC season and my starcraft I havent done much of anything with the Cutter click my signature to see the progress on the Starcraft though I actually managed to get the painting started sunday despite the danged rain . I think the Cutter will end up being a winter project as I want to get the Starcraft on the River ASAP and so does SWMBO LOL.
