Re: New vehicle report

When it came time for me to find another car I took my time and asked myself what I felt would be the perfect one for me. After a little research the answer came up Ford AREOSTAR. Even though the last one was made in 1997 there are still plenty of them around for cheap and its very common for them to run well over 200k with few problems. You can buy them all day long for around 1500 bucks and they can do what a new suv can, The xlt models have power windows. duel ac , cruise, tilt wheel, great radios, and can be used from moving dogs, to camping and if you leave in the 2 rear seats carry 7 adults. They arent like the cheap made windstars but are real trucks with enough power to pull a medium sized boat. I get one and drive it for a couple of years and then if it were to need any real repairs that cost more than several hundred just throw it away and get another one. As long as I can find one I will never own another model.

Re: New vehicle report

The last vehicles we bought have been brand spankin new. I know we take a hit, but who cares?... I don't finance them, its not like I'm upside-down when I leave the dealer. The new car smell, feel, & look is what I like and knowing some teenager hasn't dogged it around makes me feel better too. :D

mustn't be any road salt where you live....

The all rust bro. I bought a 5 year old Berreta that came from up north and drove in the winters... it needed quarters & floor pans before it was 7-8 years old.
