I don’t get the fascination with this World Cup thing here in the states. Personally you’d have to pay me to go sit and watch a soccer game. Tickets are astronomical in price. The mass transit options around the stadiums al jacked up prices, as well as hotels. Really brought out the greed!!
No different than any other major sports playoff games. All these big games are reports to the public, but...when you paying these players millions of dollars each year, the money has to come somewhere, and the public is foolish enough to pay it !
