Thanks for everyone's help with getting this thing running. She now purrs. I went through the motor piece by piece. Compression 95lbs roughly in both cylinders. Readjusted the points and double checked to make sure they were right. Checked the plugs to make sure they were also correct. Went back over the rebuilt carb I ordered to adjust the float. Now she runs real nice. I am very happy to have run into this forum!

Congratulations! Now you are an expert on the FD11. Most of the older Johnsons are all about the same to work on, so anything you see setting in a shed or garage, you can now probably get running!
