Newbie Glastron Owner

I wanted to introduce myself. I am Dave from Kansas and my wife and I just bought an 02 Glastron SX 175 with the VP 3.0L. It's still at the dealer awaiting a cover to arrive so we haven't had a chance to take it out yet and the weather has been bad anyway. It's a very clean boat and can't wait to take it out. It's missing the G emblem in the middle of the steering wheel and I would like to find one. The local dealer said Glastron doesn't make it anymore for my boat and they didn't have one laying around. I did a search on here for one and on ebay but to no avail. If anyone knows where I can get one, please let me know. Thanks,

Hello fellow Glastron owner - Boat salvalge yards would be my first suggestion after ebay - You may also try posting in some of the classic glastron sites .... There is one out there somewhere waiting for you to find it ..... I am sure you will love the boat as I do my GX185 - Loads of fun

Hey Dave!

What part of KS you from? We moved from there to AR about four years ago. We also just purchased a 2005 Glastron GX 205 this week. I'm going over sometime to pick it up. Pretty excited!

Welcome to the family. As for your steering wheel, why not try for a modern aftermarket one? I personally dislike mine wood grain one.
