Newbie OB winterization ?

What about the 2 cycle oil in the motor's reservoir? It will be subject to freezing conditions...siphon it out, fill it up, doesn't matter? Thanks.

If you are referring to the VRO oil, leave it as it is for now. But change it in the spring before start-up. That will insure that there is no water or moisture in the tank, which is a major cause of VRO problems.

I agree with Rick. One addition would be to top off the tank. That will prevent much of the condensation that it of concern. <br /><br />Kev_Alask***
