Newbie to i/o - 1989 Volvo Penta aq271c

Hey there, I am gonna do my first oil change on the aforementioned vp engine. If reading correctly, vp is recommending 10w-40 synthetic in their engines, even the older ones like mine.

Anyone have a recommendation for oil and filter? Currently there is a Wix filter on it, but I do have the Sierra equivalent on hand.

Manual on the engine has SAE 30 in the engine, power steering and tilt/trim. Drive gets synthetic GL5

Wix is a better filter than Sierra
