Just make sure your 13" wheels will fit. Not all 13" wheels will fit. There are different shape rims that will not fit.

You say your trailer is C-channel, if it is the sheet metal formed C-channel, (versus structural C-channel) I would hesitate investing anything more than electric drum brakes.

Your in PA so if your only using this in freshwater, elec. drums might be more cost effective.
