OK, From what I researched this plug has something built in to prevent radio interferance. This plug is 3 times more expensive than BUHW-2. Is it safe to try the non Z to see if it causes any problems? Anyone have experience with this issue?

Use the correct plug for the application, not the cheapest plug on the market.
The radio interferance that it cures may be that affecting the ignition switch boxes on your engine.

That's a surface gap plug. Gap is not adjustable.
