I winterized my Force 90 the other day, but I think I am going to reverse that this week for awhile, and re-winterize it. The weather has been in the 70's the past 2 days, and will continue for the next few.

I've never winterized before (first year with a boat), and therefore have never de-winterized. Is there anything I should look out for?

Basically, I just fogged the carbs till the engine sputtered, then sprayed the inside of each cylinder really good (hand rotated the flywheel to distribute) and changed the lower unit oil (I have a slow water intrusion, so the oil was a little milky).

To un-winterize", you may have to clean the plugs after running it a few minutes.
Most of the time the excess oil will burn off, sometimes it doesn't.
