Re: Night surveillance camera/s

Lets get real here for a minute. If the guy is violating a court order the cops dont have to SEE HIM DO IT. The person who is having his/her rights violated by him only needs to go and sign out a warrant and have him arrested. Other than that you might go hire a real biker (hells angle type) and have him meet the guy as he comes up the street and then inform him that "the new rule says hes not to come by here any more" let him figure out what will happin if he does.......I promise that will solve it

Sorry I cant give details, but we gonna fix it!

I love the cowboy shooting suggestions :D Again, you know who it is, restraining order... You have a good feeling on when is he going to be there, you dont need no cctv. You can do this guy with witnesses or even a regular video camera. Go ahead, shoot the guy in the public ROAD that is driving by and screaming obscenities... How much is bail for that? Bad idea...

Well,,,,,, he wont get shot ,,,,,this time:rolleyes: BUT he has *one* coming!

The ***-for-tat just escalates with bozos like this. You do something to him, and a month later you've got nails in your tires or sugar in your gas tank or some dang thing. Clowns like this are always feeling "wronged" and want to "even the score".

Forget about a concealed camera so you can nail him in the act. You want an obvious camera. Get one of those dummy survielance cameras that cost about $20 and look real. Put it on a post facing the road with an old cable TV wire running towards the house or nearest outbuilding. I put one of those on my garage at my rural property, facing the driveway, as if it would take pics of who comes & goes. No more abandoned tires, beer cans, vandalized boats, etc. Everyone who's got permission to be out there feels better too.

Unless you are willing to risk jail time , a good old - fashioned camera or camcorder will serve fine to give this punk a wake up call .
Get your evidence and let the cops/courts handle it .
This is the easy way to achieve a temporary respite from his beligerence .

Now , be prepared for round 2 when he gets out from his sentence !

He will be wanting some serious payback at this point , and , will probably go way beyond his previous behavior .
This is typical for these kind of stalkers , and the more they get caught , the more they do when they are released .

I don't want to advise the direct approach , but in the long run it will most likely come to that .
If you decide to solve the issue directly , you have to do it in a manner that leaves no doubt in his mind that a repeat of his behavior WILL have SEVERE PERMANENT consequences of a very NEGATIVE kind .
I.E. you don't have to "read from the book" to him , just "show him the pictures" .

The "Godfather" solution:

This will entail delivering the message in a place and at a time when he thinks he is "safe" , and , will include certain details and knowledge he thinks you could not know .
He must absolutely know that you have no reservations about making good on your promise , at any time and place he could ever be .
Intimate that a change of his address would be a good move for his health and future well being , even IF he decides to immediately cease and desist his current activities .

Explain that you are doing this as a favor to a friend of a very close friend and "associate" .

Appearance is everything , so go dressed in the best suit you can find , along with some "associates" who are very large and rough looking also dressed in nice suits .
They should have CC permits for the weapons occasionally visible in thier shoulder holsters under thier suits .
A large new Caddy or SUV will help to make the impression , along with a second such vehicle with "muscle" inside .

Be calm , firm , and , polite in delivering your message .
Smile at him .
Give him no oppurtunity to argue terms , etc..
Then leave with your associates .

Much more civilized than pulling the punk into a dark van and beating him within .000001 inches of his worthless life , and , entirely legal .
Also less risky than pulling him into the same van , blindfolding him , knocking him unconcious , and , dropping his sorry , naked butt , in a bad location , several hundred miles from where you captured this animal .

Just not quite as much fun .

Have fun and best regards .:)

Not stealin the thread but talkin about bikers reminds me of the time a coworker bought a great big honda and headed towards the location of a planed biker rally. He some how found a biker ralley all right but it was a group of "outlaws" as in OUTLAW MC. This guy pulls up and thinking he is at the right ralley but does notice none of his "brothers" were there on their jap bikes. In about one minute this dirty and mean looking outlaw comes over and says "that man over there (pointing to a group of other outlaws staring at him about 20 feet away) "that man says for me to tell the (censored) wearing the fur collered coat that "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE" Without any questions as to which man he was talking about the "brother" quickly made a quick exit... true story I swear. That wantabee rice rocket biker needs to meet a few real ones........

It sounds to me like your daughter doesnt live with you does she own/rent her place? This sounds too dangerous to me. If she doesnt own the home move her away!

I can't believe the cops won't just bust him. Around here they would just set there a few nights until they see him. You need a different sheriff.

I kinda liked the idea of a paintball fusilade. If there's any cover you and a couple friends could lie in wait, then cover his helmet faceplate with paintballs. Paint him up good. Could never be lethal, so don't think it'd get you in trouble. Also very easy for the local constabulary to identify him later.
