Re: Nissan 2005 Impeller

I asked the GM there if there had been any "complaints recently". I didn't realize that it was that long ago and I doubt that he would remember about now. Regardless, of that. Could you tell me where these reviews about dealers are? I search the Internet daily and never see any reviews about Tohatsu or Nissan dealers.

On the first one....The bad review reads like a phony one to me. I've done business with Quality for probably 20 years with no negative issues ever being raised. Although I did have a guy earlier this year that took an engine into them for service and he said they were a little abrupt with him...He wasn't complaining about them, he just wasn't left with a warm and fuzzy feeling. I've never heard anything bad about the second one, Doc Of The Bay.

Soap box time:)

Dealers come in a variety of personality and honesty levels. Sometimes the dealer who acts like an *** is the most honest and sometimes the one who smiles the most is overcharging or stealing from you. Sometimes it's not the dealer herself, it's a toad that works there. And sometimes the consumer is the dishonest one(people lie and lie and lie).

The main thing is to find a dealer that does what they say they are going to do, for the price they quote....Sometimes that is just not going to happen though. A good dealer that I refer to up your way is Riverview Marine in Hudson. You might try them next time.
