Nissan 25 to 30 hp 4 stroke conversion.

What is the difference between the NSF25A and the 30 hp model? I'm guessing the conversion is not as easy or cheap as the 2 stroke conversion.

Both models are electronically advanced. Although both have 525 CC, the 30 generates 250 more wot rpm than the 25. To bump a 25 into a 30 will need to change at least ECU, check if both shares same carb model and prop.. Could be a costly upgrade.

Carbs and ECU are different. The 30 hp upper and lower carbs are NLA new. Cost prohibitive upgrade, unless you find a donor motor.
