Bought a new nissan 70 horse non TLDI. After the normal break in engine begins to stutter and lose RPM's. Alos begin to hear a rattling noise coming from the engine. Only happens when in gear. Changed plugs and it still does it. Plugs were black. Has oil injection and seems to be using oil, although not as much as if it were mixed in with the gas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
