Nissan 9.8 runs slower

I have a 1999 9.8 that doesn't have the WOT power that it had when I first bought it (new). No problem starting or idling, just runs slower. Any suggestions on how to get it back to running faster? Thanks

My suggestion would be to change your spark plugs and use a high octane gas, plus clean your carbs.
