Recently aquired 98 nissan 18hp. 2-stroke.It has been checked by a nissan repair guy and he says everything is ok.The motor is running on a 15ft john boat.With one person it runs ok at wide open throttle,but has alittle surge.With two people,it wont wind all the way out ,and has very bad surge.Some people i've talked to seem to think that it's the fuel pump,and ,or the fuel filter,or air entering the ges line somewhere.Would appreciate any suggestions. thanks rob.
