Nissan TLDI 70 hp engine

Specifically what oil do I use for my 2006 Nissan TLDI motor? Purchased used and the Nissan manual is no help.

Nissan oil, Tohatsu oil or any other approved oil...See your owners manual.

The oil needs to be certified for DFI use. See http://www.nissanmarine.com/tech_talk/faqs.html#Q9

Thanks Paul...I don't have an owners manual, and the one I downloaded, just said "Genuine egine oil". I did eventually find the link you gave, and it was an enormous help.
