No cooling Water Nissan 2.5 HP 2 stroke 2001

I am not getting any cooling water from the rubber top pipe, the impeller is good and the engine has been regularly serviced, before I take the engine to be checked is there a secondary impeller or some other quick way I can clear any potential blockage?

Year is nothing; model is everything. I'm guessing you have an NS2.5A2. How do you know the impeller is good? Are you overheating?

You can clear the telltale by pushing a stiff wire up into the telltale while the motor is running to clear salt or debris in there.
